At In Signe, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. Please ensure all home decor and furnishings are returned in their original packaging to maintain their pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
